The stories shared on The Resilient Path Podcast remind us that healing happens through connection, support, and perseverance.
Every day at Kiwanis Family House, we witness those same qualities. Parents sleeping close to a hospitalized child. Spouses supporting one another through uncertainty. Grandparents, siblings, and caregivers finding strength they never knew they had.
Their resilience inspires us, and our community is here to support them every step of the way.
Our Home for Healing Families
Located on the campus of UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, Kiwanis Family House provides:
Affordable temporary lodging for families traveling for medical care
Private guest rooms and RV spaces
Family kitchens, gathering spaces, and outdoor areas
A supportive community available around the clock
Financial assistance for families experiencing hardship
Our goal is simple: no family should have to choose between being close to a loved one and managing the financial burden of a medical crisis.
