Front Yard
This section requires at least 2-3 adults.Point of Contact: Ronnie
Section Agenda:
- Trim all bushes/shrubs
- Remove planter box
- Remove piles/branches
Important Notes:
DO NOT rake/remove leaves. DO NOT cut or trim Oak trees.
Patio
This section requires at least 4-6 adults.Point of Contact: Ronnie
Section Agenda:
- Trim Jade
- Trim about 50% in height
- Trim back so nothing protrudes onto bricks
- Remove planter box
- Place in dumpster
- Trim tree branches
- Trim away from wall
- Trim to at least 2 feet above wall
- Trim rose bush
North Apron
This section requires at least .Point of Contact: Ronnie
Section Agenda:
- Weeding
- Everywhere but focus on weeds in mulch
- Try not to remove mulch
- Trim Pine tree branches
- Trim anything touching the building
- Trim everything away from walking path
Important Notes:
Try not to remove mulch.
Back Yard
This section requires at least 2-4 adults.Point of Contact: Ronnie
Section Agenda:
- Weed everywhere
- Large, obvious weeds in grass
- Weeds in sunken mulch area
- Under pergola, between bricks
- Remove tree stumps (3)
South Apron
This section requires at least 6-10 adults.Point of Contact: Ronnie
Section Agenda:
- Trim trees, bushes, shrubs
- Focus on anything touching the building and hanging over the parking lot
- Remove leaves/foliage
- Reveal drainage if found
South Fenceline
This section requires at least 8-12 adults.Point of Contact: Ronnie
Section Agenda:

- Remove 2 dead trees
- Trunk needs to be processed into pieces smaller than 5” diameter
- Remove leaves and foliage
- Junk removal
- All items between storage containers
- Trash bags behind storage containers
- Remove 2 dead trees

All trunks need to be processed into pieces smaller than 4" diameter.
Street Entrance
This section requires at least 2-4 adults.Point of Contact: Ronnie
Section Agenda:
- Trim tree and shrubs
- Remove trees/bushes invading shrubs
- There are several shrubs that have trees/bushes growing out of them
- Remove section of curb
