There is no shortage of books at KFH. Books for kids, books for adults, books for dogs….JK. But honestly, we don’t need anymore books. To truly support literacy efforts, we need to entice children to actually WANT to read. A bookshelf FULL of so many books that nothing can be discerned is actually discouraging. Providing a cozy, intentional space for a child to curl up with a book is a powerful suggestion.
