Paula Kelley - Executive Director

Paula Kelley, M.S.

Executive Director

Paula has her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Master’s in Justice Studies and currently lives in Citrus Heights. Being a part of the Kiwanis Family has really helped her to see and learn about all of the ways individuals and groups can impact communities.

Paula comes to the Kiwanis Family House (and California) after 2 decades of serving victims of domestic and sexual violence in the state of New Hampshire. In this capacity, she was the Executive Director of the Crisis Center of Central New Hampshire, and later the Executive Director of the Strafford County Family Justice Center. She was also the site coordinator for the Strafford County Supervised Visitation Center in her spare time. Paula has served on the NH Police Standards and Training Council, given testimony on issues of domestic and sexual violence at the NH State House, and supported the work of the US DOJ through grant peer review processes, primarily focusing on Human Trafficking. Paula is thrilled to make the transition to the mission of the Kiwanis Family House, and stewarding the mission of Kiwanis in her daily work.
